2. Payment Gateway and Security

 

2.1. Security: All online payments are processed through a secure, third-party payment gateway that is compliant with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations and PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.

2.2. Data Protection: We do not store any sensitive customer payment information, such as credit card numbers or CVV details, on our servers. All sensitive data is encrypted and handled directly by our payment processing partners.

2.3. Transaction Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an immediate on-screen confirmation and an order confirmation email to your registered email address. If a transaction fails, we recommend checking with your bank or payment provider before attempting the purchase again.

 

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

 

3.1. Availability: COD is offered as a convenient option but is subject to pin code serviceability and a maximum order value limit of ₹[Insert Limit, e.g., 5,000]. Orders exceeding this limit must be prepaid.

3.2. Acceptance: The customer is required to pay the full invoice amount in cash to the courier representative at the time of delivery. Only the exact billed amount will be accepted.

3.3. COD Cancellation/Refusal: If an order is returned or refused without valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict the customer's ability to use COD for future orders.

 

4. Pricing and Currency

 

4.1. Currency: All prices displayed on www.pbhbags.in are in Indian Rupees (₹/INR).

4.2. Taxes: All prices listed are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other applicable taxes, as required by Indian law. The final breakdown will be shown on the checkout page and the official invoice.

4.3. Pricing Errors: While we strive for accuracy, if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the produ1ct listed at the incorrect price.

 

 

5. Refund Payments

 

5.1. Refund Process: Refunds for returned or cancelled orders will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

5.2. Refund Timeline: Once a refund is initiated, the funds will be automatically credited back to the original source of payment:

* Online Payments (Card, UPI, Net Banking): 5-7 business days.

* COD Orders: The refund will be processed via NEFT/IMPS to your bank account, for which you will be required to provide your bank details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, IFSC Code). This typically takes 7-10 business days after receiving the details.

 

6. Failed Transactions and Chargebacks

 

6.1. Failed Transactions: If your account has been debited but the order confirmation is not received, please contact our Customer Support team immediately with your transaction details (transaction ID, order value, date). The amount is usually reversed by the bank within 2-3 business days.

6.2. Chargebacks: We encourage customers to contact our customer support for any billing discrepancies or issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the suspension of your account and future orders.
