At PBH Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process as simple as possible.
1. Return Eligibility
You can return an item if it meets the following conditions:
Timeline: The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Inclusions: All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and attached to the product.
Damage/Defect: Returns are accepted for products that are defective, damaged, or differ significantly from their description on the website.
Please Note: We do not accept returns for products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to our customer support team at [Insert Email Address] or call us at [Insert Phone Number] within the 7-day return period.
Provide Details: In your request, please include your Order ID, the reason for the return, and attach clear photos of the product and its packaging.
Return Approval: Our team will review your request. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for the return.
Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping: We will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product from your address. In some cases, if a reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the item yourself. We will reimburse the shipping costs up to a maximum of ₹100.
3. Refunds
Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it. Once the product passes the inspection, we will initiate your refund.
Online Payments: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.) within 7-10 business days of the refund initiation. The timeline for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing time.
Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, the refund will be processed via a bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). We will contact you to collect your bank account details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code). The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your bank details.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original product as per this policy and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for a return or refund:
Items returned after the 7-day return period.
Products without their original tags, packaging, or accessories.
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.
6. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order only if it has not been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer support team immediately. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
