At PBH Bags, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient shopping experience. This shipping policy outlines the details regarding the processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders.

 

1. Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after [Insert Time, e.g., 2:00 PM IST] on a business day, or on a weekend or public holiday, will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

 

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Domestic Shipping (within India):

Standard Shipping:

Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

This service is available for all pin codes across India.

Please note that delivery to remote or rural areas may take an additional 2-3 business days.

International Shipping:

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within India. We hope to expand our services in the future.

 

3. Shipping Charges

 

For orders within India:

No Free Shipping

A flat shipping fee of ₹60/ KG  will be applied to all orders

All shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier company's website.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package in real-time.

If you face any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer support team at [Insert Email Address].

 

5. Delivery Information

 

The delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities, strikes, or other events beyond our control may cause delays.

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package 2-3 times. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

In case of a failed delivery, please contact our customer support team to arrange for a re-shipment. Re-shipping charges may apply.

To ensure a successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including a valid pin code and a working contact number.

 

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

 

If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please do not accept it from the courier. Kindly take a photograph of the damaged package and contact our customer support team immediately.

In the rare event that your shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the courier company to investigate. Once a claim is confirmed, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, as per your preference.
